Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are correct on the order. Please also provide the shop name for commercial address. Please note we cannot ship to PO Box or Australia Post for parcel collection for bulky items like spoilers, lips etc. In case of failed delivery due to wrong, inappropriate or insufficient details on the address, there might be extra postage fee involved for redirection or redelivery.
Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
Please trial fit item before painting or plastic wrapping as we do not accept returns if item has already been painted or wrapped.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
