Give your Suzuki Jimny XL 5-door extra wheel and tyre coverage with this 45mm Fender Flare Extension Kit. Ideal for wider aftermarket wheels and tyres, these extensions also help reduce mud, dirt and debris thrown onto the bodywork.
Designed to mount beneath the original factory fender flares, this kit retains the factory styling while adding 45mm of extra coverage on each side.
Manufactured from durable, flexible injection-moulded plastic, the extensions follow the factory flare contours for a clean, integrated appearance.

🔧 Installation
The extensions mount beneath the factory fender flares using pre-applied tapes and the supplied black anchor rivets.
Always trial-fit all six pieces and check alignment before securing them. Thoroughly clean and prepare the mounting surfaces using the supplied alcohol prep pads and adhesion promoter, as directed in the included instructions.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unsure.

Local pickup is welcome.
Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are correct on the order. Please also provide the shop name for commercial address. Please note we cannot ship to PO Box or Australia Post for parcel collection for bulky items like spoilers, lips etc. In case of failed delivery due to wrong, inappropriate or insufficient details on the address, there might be extra postage fee involved for redirection or redelivery.
Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
Please trial fit item before painting or plastic wrapping as we do not accept returns if item has already been painted or wrapped.
Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. No restocking fee will apply for returns due to faults, defects, or failures to meet consumer guarantees.
